It is a Sino-Foreign joint venture,co-invested by Zhejiang Huangyan Yanjiang Mould Co.,Ltd.,and Southeast Asia famous air conditioner manufacturer-Thailand Biway Company,specialized in manufacturing plastic mould and injection products,and provided with various processing abilities such as Plastic Painting,Silkscreen,Bums India,Plastic Welding,Hot Plate Welding,Turbo Dynamic Balancing Testing and Assembling,etc.And it has already obtained the certificate of the System of ISO9001-2000 Quality Certification.
Our main products are the mould and the injection products of all kinds of household electrical appliances such as the air conditioner,refrigerator and auto fittings,etc.The annual production value exceeds RMB 50 million, and it is capable to produce 2 million sets per year.As a leading product,the plasic panel of the air conditioner has 5 major series and over 40 styles,including 32 styles of wall-mounted type,6 styles of Cabinet type,3 styles of Cassette type,2 styles of Portable type,and 2 styles of water-cooler(the Green air conditioner).Other products include the television mould,auto fittings,office stationery,and plastic products for daily life,etc.Based on the domestic market,our products also find a good sale and enjoy a good reputation in Southeast Asia,America and Europe,etc.We have cooperated with many well-known companies for years,such as East Kit Electronic Company,LG,Shanghai Deer,Shanghai Shining, Guangzhou Hualing,Ningbo Aux,Wenzhou Yuetu,and Nanjiang Panda,etc.
Yongwise has an outstanding professional group of over 300 staff,including 8 professional engineers of air conditioner mould design,13 mould senior engineers, and more than 50 profeesional mould locksmiths.We have omnidirectionally brought in the advanced computer-auxiliary designing technique and processing devices from Germany,Israel,Japan,and Taiwan,etc.and possess more than 20 sets of high-accurate equipments such as numerical control machining center,wire-cutting,electric discharge,etc.there are nearly 30 injection machines with weight ranging from 80 to 1600 tons.
